  • Why do you want to work at Red Wagon? What makes you think you would be a good fit at Red Wagon? What do you think you would contribute to our farm?
  • What is your past management experience?
  • Are you able to work the required schedule? (Mon 8am-4pm; Tues, Wed, Thurs: 8am-8pm; Fri 8am-noon).
  • Will you need time off during the farm season? The CSA Manager holds a critical role and we usually are not able to accommodate days off during the season–especially on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays.
  • Will you be able to commit to the entire farm season through the end of October? (There is also potentially work available, but not required, with our Winter CSA.)
  • Do you speak Spanish? Part of our crew consists of Spanish speakers and it is very helpful to have members of our team who speak Spanish.
  • Are you able to work outside in all weather conditions?
  • Do you have anything we should know about that would prevent you from doing physical work? Are you able to lift 50 pounds multiple times each day?
  • Do you have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record? You will be required to drive a 15-foot box truck to the CSA pickup locations.
