CSA Week 16

Hello CSA Members!

We will have carrots, beets, and celery again this week. I love roasted beets and carrots with a dressing or dip as a simple side dish. Celery is a great addition to a stir fry. I put mine in a tuna salad and loved it. It’s refreshing and adds such a nice crunch. Check out our website if you haven’t already for tips on storing your celery!

Here is what we hope to bring you during Week 16:

Regular Share:
1 – Melons
2 – Eggplant or Zucchini
3 – Roasted Chilies (mild, medium, spicy)
4 – Sweet Peppers
5 – Carrots or Beets or Celery
6 – Cauliflower or Cabbage or Tomatillos
7 – Tomatoes or Green Beans

Large Share Additions:
Choose 2 in Zones 5 and 6
Tomatoes and Green Beans

Fruit Share:
Apples and Pears
