Pay rate: $9 – $10/hour
We have full time and part time openings to work at our Farm Stand.
•The Farm Stand is near Niwot and is open daily 10am – 6pm from June 17 through the first week of November. Work hours are generally 8:30am – 7pm.
•You must be available to work until the closing day of the Farm Stand. We will not consider applicants who are not available for the entire Farm Stand season.
•You must be responsible, hard-working, punctual, and able to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
•You must also be able to lift at least 50 lbs. multiple times every day.
•Experience with cash handling/cash register a must.
•Knowledge of produce is required. This is a great job for a “foodie”.
•The Farm Stand is under an outdoor tent, so you must be able to work in all weather conditions. The weather is extreme, with 100 degrees in the beginning of the season and freezing near the end of the season. Large thunderstorms, rain, high winds, snow and smoke from forest fires are not uncommon.
•You must have your own reliable transportation.
•Working weekends is required.
•The owners and management have very high standards and expectations of staff. This job is very demanding! We are a non-smoking and drug-free workplace.
