  • CSA Week 11

    Hello CSA Members!

It’s Week 11, which means we are already halfway through our CSA. Where does the time go? I’ve been loving to hear how you are using your veggies at CSA pick-ups and what your favorite parts of CSA have been.

Peppers and tomatoes are both ramping up, and eggplant is still going strong. Lately I’ve been loving fresh tomatoes on top of just about everything- quesadillas, pasta, sandwiches, or just on their own with a little salt and pepper. Peppers, especially shishitos, are one of my favorite veggies, and I love roasting or sauteing them in the cast iron with some olive oil, salt, and pepper.
